Shipping costs and payment

All packages are shipped as insured packages via DHL, GLS or DHL Express.

You will receive the following from us with every order: Tracking code . This allows you to check directly on which day and at what time your package will be delivered. Usually, you can also use this information to specify a preferred delivery date or reschedule the already scheduled delivery.

** Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are not collected by us and must be paid separately.

When stating the total delivery time, we calculate based on transit times of approximately 1-3 days via the parcel service. Within Germany, delivery takes approximately 1-2 business days after dispatch. For standard parcels, we have no influence on the actual transit time. For the "Express Parcel" shipping option, the guaranteed transit time by the parcel service provider is 24 hours within Germany.
