🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is very simple: You should love your clothes.
That's why we place great importance on design, quality, and a fair, transparent return and exchange policy. Since online shopping isn't always perfect, we want to give you ample time to carefully review your order.

📅 Return period

You can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of receipt .


✅ Return policy

The following conditions must be met in order for a return or exchange to be possible:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • All labels are still attached.

  • Returns must be in the original packaging , including all brand and additional packaging.

  • Trying on the items to check the fit is of course allowed – please handle them carefully.


📦 Initiate a return or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email to:

Please send us the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Whether you would like a refund, an exchange (e.g., a different size/color) , or a voucher.

  • For exchanges: the desired size or color

We will then send you all the necessary return information and guide you through the entire process.

💡 Note: We do not usually provide a free return shipping label .
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In certain exchange cases (e.g. within Germany or the EU), return shipping may be covered as a courtesy – we will inform you about this individually.


🧵 Damaged or incorrect items

Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered item , please contact us immediately.

Please send us the following information:

  • A clear photo of the problem

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the deficiency

We will review the case as quickly as possible and find a solution together (replacement, exchange or refund).


💳 Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund you via the originally chosen payment method .

  • Processing usually takes place within a few working days.

  • Depending on the payment provider, it may take a little longer.

  • In the case of an exchange, we will send the replacement item as soon as the return has been checked.


🚫 Items not eligible for exchange

The following are excluded from returns:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Custom-made products

  • Limited edition items (if indicated on the product page)

  • Gift cards


🌍 Returns from non-EU countries (e.g. UK / CH)

Returns from countries outside the EU are at the customer's own expense .

Please make sure that:

  • The package is clearly marked as a "return of goods".

  • All required customs documents are attached to the outside of the package.

  • A copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the contents are enclosed.

Incompletely declared shipments may be rejected by customs and returned to you.
